"I’ve worked with Judith on many projects, but the most recent one was the most complex. My office led a project to automate the production of thank-you letters written to our donors—up to 1,000 a week.
"We hired Judith to work with representatives of 16 of Cornell University’s colleges and units (“units” include places like the Johnson Museum and the Lab of Ornithology.) She had to explain the project and get each group on board; then work with each group to tailor the letters to their needs.
"The project required organization, listening skills, tact, persuasiveness, and patience, all of which Judith delivered.
"Because of her capable assistance, the project has been a success. Judith's work was truly appreciated."
